Greetings Frederick Douglass Class of 2002 Graduates,

There will be a Homecoming Tailgating Event on October 15th at The Georgia Dome. This event will start at 2pm and will last to the start of the homecoming game. The Tailgating Package will be $30 PER PERSON. This package will include the following:
(1) ticket to the Homecoming Game
Food
Drinks(2) alcoholic mixed drinks and/or Keg Beer
(1) Homecoming T-Shirt
(1) Homecoming Tailgating Wristband
The t-shirt design will be placed on the reunion website on September 4th for your viewing pleasure. The website is http://www.douglass2002reunion.com/index.cfm. If you are ordering a t-shirt that is XL or Larger please include an additional $2 to the package price. We will be collecting payments in person on September 17th at Ansley at Princeton Lakes Conference Room from 2pm-5pm and on September 25th from 2pm-4:30pm at The Landings at Princeton Lakes Conference Room. CASH WILL BE THE ONLY FORM OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED. All persons who are out of town please contact Toniecia Hines via email Thines7984@gmail.com or you can facebook her to get information on submitting your payments. A receipt will be issued when you pay your money and it is IMPERATIVE that you keep up with this receipt so that you can pick up your t-shirt, tickets, and wristbands for the tailgating event. Please anticipate on picking up your ticket, t-shirt, and wristband during the week of October 10th-October 14th in the evening time a list of locations and specific times will be provided at the time you submit your payment.

YOUR COOPERATION WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED TO MAKE THIS EVENT SUCCESSFUL. PLEASE ASSIST WITH SPREADING THE WORD AND A FACEBOOK PAGE WILL BE ESTABLISHED TO KEEP YOU UPDATED WITH REMINDERS.
