We are so excited that our 20th reunion is approaching....hard to believe it's been that long! With that in mind, we have started planning and would like to share our idea with you. Since we don't have a formal company planning this event, we will rely on mostly this website, FaceBook, and word-of-mouth to spread the news. So, let's start talking about it!
We have discussed timing with some classmates and have found fall would be the best time for our reunion since most people have planned out their summers. We'd like this to be something you mark in your calendar ASAP and plan around. We really want to have a good turnout, so chat with your old LHS friends and make sure they are coming too!
Here are the class of 92 LHS reunion plans: ... Friday, Sept. 21 - 7:00 p.m. LHS football game (Lakeside vs. Stephenson) at Adam's stadium
Saturday, Sept. 22 - 7:00 p.m. Class of 92 20 year Reunion at Ormsby's (see description below)
Ormsby's is a tavern located at 1170 Howell Mill Rd. in Atlanta. We would rent out the bocce room for our party. This has our own bocce court, skee ball machine and shuffleboard. Tickets for Saturday night at Ormsby's are $50 per person if you order prior to Aug. 1st (then it will increase to $55 per person). This price includes food, two drink tickets, and covers our rental fee for our private room, with a bocce court, skee ball machine, shuffleboard and private bar! Please note, there are no refunds once you order tickets due to our venue deposit fee. You don't want to miss this party anyway!
You can purchase tickets one of two ways:
1. Paypal: Send Eva Rice an email (alexander_eva@yahoo.com) with how many tickets you want to purchase and indicate you want to pay via Paypal, and we will send you a Paypal invoice for you to pay. 2. Check: Send a check made out to: Ami Stephens to 639 St. Anne’s Road Marietta, GA 30064. Include your email address in the envelope so we can send you a confirmation.
