Saturday 8:30pm to 2am: Class Reunion Formal at W Buckhead's Ballroom - Buffet served

One classmate ticket includes:

*Admittance to Friday night 7/23/2010 Mixer at W Hotel Rooftop Bar

*Admittance to Saturday night reunion 7/24/2010 at W Hotel Ballroom

*Full Dinner Buffet, Appetizers, Dessert, Non-Alcoholic Drinks, Complimentary Champagne Toast, Cash Bar for Alcohol

*Photographer and DJ on-site

*A BEAUTIFUL EVENT AT A BEAUTIFUL LOCATION

Friday 7/23/2010 - Casual but grown-up (Whatever that means to you :).

Saturday 7/24/2010 - Upscale/Formal, no tux required though, just be grown!

Parking: Only valet parking is offered at this location but we've secured a discounted valet rate of $10 per car.

***Donations are accepted and very much appreciated from those that can. Planning such an event is very expensive and a lot goes into it.

***Name must be on the paid classmate list for admission

Cost is for both days and cannot be separated for each day. No refunds.

Any additional money will be donated to our old high school.

FAQ's:

1. What does my money pay for?

-Your ticket payment goes towards all expenses included in hosting our class reunion.  This includes but is not limited to: Venue selection, food and drinks (MOST EXPENSIVE PART is food and beverage), decorations (floral, linens, etc), DJ, Photographer, Marketing (website, tickets, etc.), Audio/Visual Presentation (projector, lights, sound), etc.

2. Do I have to stay at the venue selected by the class reunion?

-Definitely not, though we've secured a great discounted rate with the W.  Staying on-site would be easiest and at a beautiful hotel with great amenities. 

3. Why are there different payment dates and why does the cost increase?

-There are different payment dates because we need accurate ticket sales numbers to predict, forecast and plan what we can include in our event.  The more confirmed attendees, the more we can do and the more time we have to provide menu, headcounts, other requests and needs to our venue. 

4.  What type of activities are planned for the night?  Is it just a party with a DJ?

-We have lots of surprises in store but no its much more than a party with a DJ.  There will be door prizes, slide presentation, pictures, trivia, and dancing too.

5.  What if I only want to attend Friday or Saturday? 

-Friday's event is just a welcome mixer.  Ticket fees are the same regardless of attendance on either day.  Saturday is truly the main event and where the majority of our costs is at.
