1965 I attended University of Tennessee, Knoxville - GO VOLS!!! - met Steve an Electrical Engineering student at the AEPi House in 1966 - I changed majors several times before graduating with a BS in Education in 1970 - got married 1969 still attending UT - Steve graduated from 5 year program in 6/1970 while I taught PE in Knoxville High School - we moved to NJ 1970 - I taught Physical Education at Memorial Junior High in Fair Lawn for 5 years - Steve attended NYU graduating with a Bio-engineering Masters Degree in 1972 - had 2 great kids, Jennifer and Brian - I was lucky enough to be able to stay home and get involved in my children's schools and their activities - I joined many philanthropic organizations - returned to work force as kids got older - I still volunteer for several organizations - enjoy being grandma to two wonderful little boys Jacob, 4 and Connor, 15 months.
School Story

Family had a Rambler while i was at Grady. I was lucky enough to be able to drive it to school in a carpool once or twice a week. Of course, Grady was a closed campus for lunch back then ... but i got brave enough to leave school one day to go to Krystals! Along with a few other girls, we made our way to Ponce de Leon.
Little did we know Candid Camera would be there shooting that day!!! Babs Joiner got caught ... we were so lucky not to get suspended!!

Alvin...wishing you a very happy birthday although belated. Hope your birthday was special!
Please forgive my lateness this year, my computer has been down. I had to purchase a new one and setting it up has taken longer than expected. Had to call in my army to help ... my son. Can't live without them but when something goes wrong ... I could pull out my hair trying to get back on line. Oh well.. Hope you had a wonderful birthday with your family this year. 77 years...amazing and still so much ahead of us. Sending best wishes and hugs.
