Dorcel was a sweet person, even when she got sick she never spoke anger around me. She always had the Jesus name in her mouth

When I saw the list of classmates I ran across Dorcel and had to let the webmaster know right away that she passed. It brought a smile to my face when I saw her name because it brought back memories of her laughing or when we use to attend central we would pick her and alfonso simuel up and walk to school she was a bright star when ever you felt bad Dorcel knew what to do just to make you laugh and forget she is greatly missed.

Ah Dorcel...another one of "us church girls". You are so missed. I remember when we used to "bug-out" in school. Later, I remember when she used to pick her kids up from the Westside/MLK school and we used to chat for a bit. You were a beautiful rose that God picked from our garden and replanted in his. Still miss you girl!

I just realized Dorcel has gone on to meet the Lord. She was such a sweet person. Much love to her family.

Dorcell was a very good friend of mine. We grew up in the village together and I like her brother Leon and her mom. Me and Corey White use to go pass her house and sit talk and laugh for hours because none of us was allowed to leave the "hood". I never even known she was sick, but what I did know is that she always greeted me with a smile and a hug. I'll miss my friend from arond the way....
