A voice like an angel. One of the most outstanding tenors in Reagan History.

When I heard Joe was dead (at the 1995 reunion), I was stunned. He never struck me as one who could die, when I knew him in high school. I remember him from LBJ, and he seemed almost godlike--handsome, intelligent, singing like a nightingale. I couldn't conceive of him dying before me. It's still hard to grasp.

Joseph - I really should check this page more than once every five years or so ... and when I do, I should check this In Memory page. Madrigals, "Hello Dolly", choir trips to the coast, Senior Talent (or whatever it was called), singing with you was both awesome and intimidating! You were a large part of what made '72 - '75 fun and memorable. As Billy Joel taught us, "Only The Good Die Young" - and you were one of the good ones.
