The Park at Fairpark (Former Fairgrounds, downtown Tupelo across from the Hilton Garden Inn) will be the location for the classmate-families picnic on Saturday, June 21st. Lunch will be catered by BBQ by Jim/Cotton Bowl Catering. Please bring a lawn chair or blanket.

The Bancorpsouth Conference Center has been booked for Saturday night, June 21st.  www.tupelomeetings.com They will provide the food, decorations (except for school colors), sound system, projector, big screen for slide show and a cash bar. 

For our out of town guests, twelve rooms have been blocked at the Hilton Garden Inn, 363 East Main Street, Tupelo; 662-718-5550.  (The Bancorpsouth Conference Center is conveniently located behind the hotel.)  Rooms are $109.00/night.    In order to get the discounted rate, please tell them you are with the Baldwyn Reunion Group.  Deadline to make your reservation is May 21st.  After May 21st, rooms will be regular price at $169.00/night. www.tupelo.stayhgi.com

The cost of the reunion along with more information on the Friday night social will be coming soon.  Invitations will also be mailed to everyone.  Please have your money in by the specified deadline on the invitation.

Please email me if you know you will not be attending the banquet on Saturday night.  I already know Amy McCoy Bensen, Regina Downs Bobo and Amy Pendergest Weeden will not be attending due to other obligations.
