I am a graduate of Woodlawn's class of '68. I lived in the Woodlawn area from 1952 until 1967. I attended Woodlawn Elementary, Woodmoor Elementary, Woodlawn Junior High and Woodlawn Senior High. I worked at Gwynn Oak Amusement Park from 1960 until its demise in 1973. I drove a Good Humor truck from 1973 until 1981.

School Story:

I was a teacher in the Baltimore County Public Schools prior to 1980, when I attended the Washington Montessori Institute in Washington, D.C. to get my Montessori teacher's certification. I then taught in Montessori schools in South Carolina, Texas and here in Arizona before becoming a teacher in the public schools here. I graduated from what is now Balltimore City Community College in 1971 and from Towson University in 1975. I received my Master's Degree from Arizona State University in 1994.

Not sure yet...still can't wrap my head around the fact that it's been 50 years.

I'd like to hear from as many of you folks as possible. I am trying to purchase a class of '66 Woodlawn yearbook, which is our tenth grade yearbook, but apparently it's very difficult to find for sale as I've seen no ads yet for that year. Anyone who can help me with this, I'll be eternally grateful. I'll pay top dollar. But it seems that the class of '66 yearbook is hard to come by. I have only '67 and '68, our year. Please let me know if you can put me on to anyone who has a '66 for sale. Thanks.
