Wow. Well, I graduated from Douglass College, Rutgers University in 1992 (Go Scarlet Knights!). I majored in French & Russian with a minor in economics in order to understand my finances better. After school, I didn't know what to do. Fortunately, I had my violin to play. I currently play for my own enjoyment as well as for a couple of conductors. I play in 1 professional orchestra. I even gave Melanie Fullagar's daughter a violin lesson. I've tried to take the violin into new realms of sound, but it's a very demanding instrument. I've made a total of about $25 playing professionally, so I've had to supplement my income with various endeavors. I was a receptionist in a busy music school for a couple of years. I have worked with the developmentally disabled in a recreational setting for about 7 years. It's a difficult job-it may be time for a career change soon, I'm not sure. I have yet to find my soul mate. Update: I found him. His name is Christophe. I lost my dad in 1997, which no longer causes my heart to ache. My mom & brother Dan are doing just fine-I see them all the time. Mom is still working as a crossing guard for the township and shows no signs of slowing down. Danny is actually doing piece work for J & J and making a decent wage. (I need to step up to the plate-he might be making more than me now!) I rekindled my friendship with Dani Haines-Edwards, who was 3 years ahead of us in school. She has two beautiful chidren. Dani has been a great one to get me out socializing when left to my own devices I might just stay home with my amazing cats--I have 3 gorgeous cats that possess a tremendous amount of athletic grace. My love of art has helped me through some rough nights-I have a deep appreciation for all that is beautiful, ugly, or beautifully ugly. For the most part, I'm doing well. Thanks to Eric for this website and I'm looking forward to finding out what everyone from the class of 1988 is doing with their lives.
