I think it was in 1995 or 1996, I got a call from De Burke (Birkeland) about Janice being on her death bed. I was on a business trip from California into NYC-WTC, and was one of the last to speak to her as she passed within the next few hours. I still miss her smiles, sense of humor, and intelligence. Great kid. Big loss.
