Hello Everyone,
The responses are trickling in. Some of you have begun writing to me directly-terrific! Please continue to update or begin to post your profile on THIS website. It will be the ultimate list for us to keep track for the restaurant. The classmates website mentioned a 6/1/09 deadline to respond to the reunion, that's a good deadline for your payment. You can tell us you are coming now and pay by then. (Have a few less Starbuck's lattes!)
So keep those e's, calls and death threats coming in - I'm enjoying them all.

Hey, Gang! Did we have the best marathon reunion ever, or what? More details and stories to follow. After two days of rest (?), Bill and I have 5 grandchildren back until the 22nd. Until that time, I will have very little time to respond and/or post stuff to the classcreator site. However, there are some things to handle right now.
Classcreator site is currently upgrading their system to handle larger and more photos, that area of the website will be unavailable to me until Friday or so.
Steve Birkeland has posted all of his photos on KodakGallery

If you missed handing in your $10.00 to have Steve send you the official class photo, send it to Mr. Steven M. Birkeland, 319 Homestead Road, Bayport, NY 11705 and do so by July 18 to get in on the $10. pricing.

I will post when and if I can before the 23rd (we also have a wedding to go to on the 18th (ugh!). So be well, be patience and talk amongst yourselves until that time.

I am just writing to say that I had an unexpectedly very good time. Y'all looked great! Thanks for making my friend, Robin, feel so at ease there. She actually had a blast! I didn't have a camera there, and I would love to see some of the pics. Who has some that they would like to share? Please send them to kickbuttpics@earthlink.net I would REALLY appreciate it.

Just wanted to thank Jan and Gini for a well planned and executed reunion extravaganza! I know everyone had a great time at ALL of the events! You two were awesome and just wanted to give a great big THANK YOU to both of you for all your hard work. You did a super job!

            I hope all is well with all of you and your families.  Lisa, Gen and I are good.

            Can you please help me by networking to all alumni my search for Michael Falk and Beverly Price?  Perhaps the organizers of the reunions might have some info on them? 

            Also, here is one from left field: Do you remember your English term paper for Mrs. Ports?  She said she was going to keep all of the originals and that, if we wanted a copy, we had better make it before handing in our paper.  Well, I didn’t and was wondering what she did with all those original term papers?  I assume she passed away long ago but was hoping someone might know who to contact to see if she left an archive of them either at the school or with relatives.  Any thoughts on this?

This is to Glen Bankston or whomever else is working on the "southern reunion"for the class of 1969.....A few of us have been talking, and there doesn't seem to be any response on the 2011 reunion as of yet.  Have you heard anything?    What if you picked a place like Orlando instead.....do you think that you would get more response?  More to do there, we thought.   More places to stay...not just one house with 4 rooms.....What are your thoughts on this?  Take care, and I hope you are not upset with our thoughts.....I am just the one that is doing the writing to you, based on other classmates and I chatting.

Has anyone begun planning our 50th Reunion.  Just a year and a few months away!  As I live in Barbados, I am a bit out of the loop but will do my very best to attend!  CHEERS!
