Saturday morning, October 11, 2008, former classmates and team members joined Karen Green Blasingame in the Race for the Cure in downtown Little Rock.  It was an honor and blessing to get to do this with our friend who is a SURVIVOR!  Race team members were Kristi Hammond-Doyle, Melanie Hammond (class of 89 and former team member), Marci Baker-Cox, Karen Green-Blasingame, Diana Alexander-Layrock, and Sydney Layrock (Diana's daughter).  We had a great time walking and TALKING...maybe just a little more talking!   Thank you Karen for being such an inspiration and fighter!  WE LOVE YOU!
