Comments:

After Bellaire, I attended the University of Texas and received my BBA in 1965. I married that summer and taught at T.H. Rogers Jr. High until I had Cynthia. I was a stay at home mom until 1974. I entered real estate in '74 for its income potential and time flexibility as I became the sole supporter of my children. In 1978, I opened my own company, Beth Wolff Realtors. At that time I had one sales associate and 375 sq. ft. of office. Today my company has 40 Relators and resides in the Galleria area 1775 St. James Pl. With my son in the business since 1993, we are a leader in technology with a paperless transaction system.

I enjoy being active in the community! This month I will be inducted into the Junior Achievement Hall of Achievement. I have been appointed by each Mayor since Mayor Whitmire to serve the city in some capacity. Currently, I am on the Planning Commission. I serve on the Board of the Greater Houston Partnership and am a graduate of Leadership Houston and the Center for Houston's Future.

School Story:

I remember when I was in French class, and Bellaire offered Russian for the first time. I took Russian (if you recall, in those days the Russians were coming) that has not been of much use.

There were many memorable events being involved in Mrs. Martin's debate class. Probably too many to mention.
