After graduation attended Wright State for 2 years and then went to Univ. of Kentucky where I graduated in 1992. Stayed there for few more years and then moved to Atlanta right before the 1996 Olympics. Great time to be in that city. I got marketing job with a restaurant company called Rio Bravo Cantina. Stayed with them until Applebees bought them and then worked at an advertising agency for a year. Left the agency life and went back on the client side to market fried chicken for Popeyes Chicken & Biscuits (the best fried chicken and red beans ever). Worked for them for 3 years and got offered an opportunity to move to Denver with Outback Steakhouse where I would be a Regional Marketing Manager. Been in Denver for almost 5 years now and since moving here with my husband have had two sons, Bennett and Hudson. Ive also changed jobs twice and have now found myself back with Popeyes, but working the West Region as Regional Marketing Manager. It isnt glamorous, but I really do love what I do and the place I get to travel.
