John Isbell

Right out of High School I joined the Air Force Reserves though I spent most of my 8 years doing active duty tours and going to college. I moved to California with my then girlfriend of less than a year (now my wife for almost 12 years)in '93. I started working for the IHOP Corporation in '96 as a Trainer I and have been there for 12 years and have made it up to the level I am today. Stil love the company and the people I work with. I have 2 children who keep me really busy when I'm not traveling for work. That's about it!

I don't have a particular story in mind but I do remember having a really good time in both sports and plays/musicals. Some of my best times were at musical rehearsals when everyone was just in a great mood because it was spring and just joking around. My favorite moment was at Donny Heres graduation party when Shelley Willis and I sang with Chris Briggs' band.
