After attending UC I got a degree in Culinary arts and after training at La Maisonette went on to run several restaurants in Washington, DC and in Boston. I owned and operated my own place on the waterfront in Portsmouth, NH for the past six years and have just returned to Ohio (on purpose) to watch my nephews grow up and golf with dad.
