John Michael Birchfield, 36, of Grantsville, MD. died July 17, 2007, at his home. He was born April 13, 1971, in Fayetteville, AR. to Ronnie and Donna Collins Birchfield. He was a 1989 graduate of Bentonville High School and a certified ambulance first responder in Arkansas.

Survivors include his parents of Bentonville; his wife, Kimberly Jean Guthrie Birchfield; one stepson, Brian Anthony Anello; one stepdaughter, Brittany Nicole Anello, both of the home.
