I graduated from B-W in 1992, with a degree in Elementary Education. I took a kindergarten teaching job in the Cleveland Schools in 1993. I went back to B-W and got my Maters' degree and a Reading certificate. I have a permanent teaching certificate in Ohio. I met my husband in 1998, and got married in 2000. I left teaching in 2002, (by that time I was teaching first grade),when Lauren was born. I decided to stay home with her. In 2007 Andrew and Brady, my twins were born, just as Lauren went off to Kindergarten! I have enjoyed staying home and watching my kids grow and change. However, there have been many days when I wish I could go back to teaching!
Brady, my son, has Autism, and I am very involved with his education and development. I am lucky that I have been able to stay at home and make sure my kids have been well taken care of.

I remember being in Mr. Rays' class when the earthquake hit. We were also in that class when Mr.Winkle announced that the Challenger had exploded.
I remember prom, and worrying excessively about every detail. If I knew then what I know now!
