After starting college at Kent State then transferring, I ended up graduating from Ohio State with two BA degrees in French and History of Art in 1995. Since then it's been an interesting adventure working jobs at McGraw-Hill, Columbus Metropolitan Library, and various art museums as an archivist, curator, and tour guide. I officially moved to the Twin Cities in May of 2000 and worked as a store manager for Williams-Sonoma, then as a design associate and accessory merchant for a locally owned contemporary home furnisher, Room and Board. I just finished my Masters degree in Library and Information Science and I'm looking for a new job in visual resource management and/or information architecture.

I enjoy traveling and have spent a lot of time exploring new places---most recently I spent four weeks in Alaska with my younger sister, Andrea (BHS '89) and I'm planning trips to Seattle & Quebec City this year. I love being an auntie and spend quite a bit of time in Northampton, Massachusetts visiting my 2 year old twin nieces (kids of my older sister, Kirsten, BHS '83). When I am in St. Paul, and have free time, I love to cook (and eat), do yoga, read & watch movies, and spend time being active and getting outside!
