I graduated from the College of Wooster, then went on for a Master's Degree in Zoology from the University of Idaho. I joined the U.S. Peace Corps. and taught secondary school from 1995-1997 in Malawi, Africa (recently of the famed Madonna "orphan" adoption...)

I moved to Arizona when I came back home and spent a number of years teaching math and science for the Fort Mojave Indian Tribe, then taught life sciences at our local community college. I left the teaching behind (God Bless all you teachers-- those hours and all the associated headaches are brutal!) and now work as the epidemiologist for Mohave County in Arizona.

My parents moved permanantly from Berea to Montana back in 2001. The last time I was in Berea was in 2005, when I was inducted into the Berea High School Athletic Hall of Fame (along with Adrian Shinn ('85) and John St. John ('89)-- for those who remember them!). It was a good trip.
