After skipping 42 days of our senior year, and showing up late for commencement practice, I was just happy to graduate. Because I was late, Mr. Thompson put me last; Beth Zimerla and then Heather Buckholdt. Nice! I then went on to graduate from Kent State with a teaching degree. I am currently getting my Master's degree in Ed. from Ursuline College and will graduate this summer. I have been teaching for the past 14 years for the Cleveland Public Schools and I am currently a reading specialist.
I married Michael Shedlock from Strongsville in '99 and we had Zachary in '02 and Luke in '03. I have been a part-time teacher/full-time mom ever since they were born. Just finished my last class for my Master's! No more homework...for a little while!
