School Story:

Will always remember all the great classmates and freinds I made during the years at Morton West. My favorite memories were playing on the baseball team and getting there at 6:00 a.m to take batting practice underneath the football stadium stairs most of those years. Most of us were half asleep and were lucky not to have gotten beaned. We are all lucky to have lived in the more simple times of the 50's, 60's and 70'. Best decades for sure. Go Falcons

Thanks for the Christmas card. Nice looking family for sure.

I am lucky enough to have a baseball family yet. My older son is still playing hardball and just turned 50. Lefty too. He played for Libertyville H.S to back in the day. ( Old mans league)... My daughter ran cross country back in the day. Two grandsons are on the high school team pitching for the most part. Naperville school. Granddaughter made her girls softball team all four years too.....so there's plenty of games to see. Tons of fun and memories.

I forgot to ask you last message if your folks are still alive. My Dad passed about 10 years ago. He was 93. My mom just passed 3.5 years ago. She was 94. Nice long life for them both. I know your folks made it that long to if I remember right.

I was looking in my storage and found the green Morton West sweater with the "71" year on it last summer. Still looks good and hasn't fallen apart.
