20 Year Class Reunion
July 15 -17, 2011
July 15th – Friday Night Mixer
Location: Coop’s 143 – 1523 E. Edwardsville Rd., Wood River
Time: 7:00 pm
July 16th – Reunion Night
Location: Hilltop Banquet Center – 2612 Fosterburg Rd., Alton
Time: 7:00pm – 1:00am
Cost: $20/person prepay. $30/person after July 6th.
Please pay for the reunion as soon as you are able.
We would prefer not taking a lot of money at the door.
Details
Ø The theme of the evening will be a red carpet theme. This does not mean that you have to dress up, but you can if you like. I know there are a few people planning to.
Ø There will be food and munchies provided. There will not be a full dinner.
Ø Beer, Soda, Wine, Margarita, Mojito, and some liquor will also be provided, but feel free to bring your own drink of choice if you prefer.
Ø There will be a DJ for music and dancing.
Ø We will also be doing prize give-a-ways.
July 17th – Family Picnic
Location: Culp Lane Park – Culp Lane, Bethalto
Time: 12:00pm
There is a pavilion, a playground, a couple grills, and a port-a-potty.
Bring your own picnic lunch.
