I'm living happily in Cleveland right now (hopefully not for too much longer). I'm married to a beautiful homecoming queen who has a PhD in molecular biology and a JD from the University of Washington Law School, now working as an Assistant Prosecutor in Cleveland (I don't win arguments anymore with her). We have two wonderful children together, named Alec (5yo), from whom I learned the (Homer Simpson's) meaning of "don't turn your back on the boy" and Alina (4 yo) who has her mother's good looks and brains (I've already bought the shotgun to keep by the front door for when she starts dating as a teenager). I spent waaaaay too many years in school, earning a PhD in molecular immunology, and an MD at the University of Washington in Seattle in the Medical Scientist Training Program. I finished my pediatrics residency at Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital in Cleveland, and have moved on to doing more medical training as a Fellow in Pediatric Rheumatology. (pediatric rheumatology, I've learned rather recently, deals with autoimmune diseases in children, such as juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, etc). I still love to play video games like Halo on Xbox 360, but am not very competitive on-line probably because I don't devote sufficient time to developing my gaming skills. My "older" and "smarter" (this is still being debated) identical twin brother, Todd, is a talented genetic/ computational biology scientist living in San Jose, CA with his brilliant, beautiful wife and their three children, ages 5yrs, 3yrs, and 10mo. I'm planning to retire within 2 or 3 years after finishing my training and become a full time house husband and video game not-so-sucky player.
