Mrs. Rose Jackson was born December 24, 1929 in Marengo County, Alabama.  She was the youngest of fifteen children of Willie and Bettie Shearer.  She lived in Cleveland Ohio most of her life.  In later years, she moved to Birmingham to be among much of her large family.
