Charles passed Tuesday, June 5, 2018. He was the great-great-grandson of Smith and Casandra Shearer, the great-grandson of Willie and Bettie Booth Shearer, the grandson of Dinah Shearer and son of Marie Shearer.
Funeral service will be Friday, June 15th, 11:00 am at Greater Shiloh Baptist Church, 2135 Jefferson Avenue SW, Bham AL 35211. Burial will be in Alabama National Cemetery. Davenport and Harris Funeral Home directing. Obituary

We are always sadden to hear of the passing of our family members, however, we find joy in the fact that the God of both heaven and earth is true to his word that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. He is too just to error and it's our belief that God will never take any good thing that He himself can't replace.
