Yasin passed Friday, March 17, 2017 at Emory University Hospital. He passed after an extended illness.  He was the Husband of Camille Carden Shahid and son-in-law of James E Carden.  

Services will be at 11:00 am, Saturday, March 25, 2017 at the Greater New Antioch Baptist Church, 2900 Avenue G, Birmingham (Ensley) AL 36218, phone (205) 781-7973.
