George Edward Jarman began his career with the Air Force & Army with 22 years of dedicated service. He also worked as a Social Worker for the State of Alabama and State of Georgia for 35 years before retiring.

 In addition to his mother, Annie Faye and father, Cleveland Sr. George  was preceded in death by a brother, Cleveland Jarman Jr, and sisters, Sharon Rose Webster, Beverly Jarman Langford, and Annie Pearl Hatcher. 

George is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Vivian Jarman; daughter: Shea Jarman (Nolan) Hayes of Atlanta, GA 

Three sisters: Jamesetta Wilkerson of Tuscaloosa, AL, Sandra (Donald) Calvin and Paula (Jerry) Johnson both of Decatur, AL.  

Four brothers: Ronnie Jarman and Rex (Jewel) Jarman both of Decatur, AL, Michael Jarman of Portland, OR, and Leon (Joan) Crayton of Hillsboro, AL; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

George Jarman, 77, passed away on Thursday, November 16, 2023. Arrangements are entrusted to Boston's Funeral & Cremation Service.
