James passed Friday, June 16, 2017 in Cleveland OH.  A memorial service will be held Thursday, June 22, 2017 at Yorch Funeral Home, 5618 Broadview Rd, Parma OH 44132.  Visitation 11 am to 12 pm.  Service at 12 noon.  James was born in Birmingham AL October 7, 1940, and moved to Cleveland OH at an early age.

James was the son of Mr Jeff Jackson Sr. and Ezalia Rhodes Jackson, and grandson of Mrs. Diana Shearer Butcher.
