Edward Charles Lawson Sr, SFC Retired, US Army, age 80 of Fayetteville NC departed this life on February 21, 2022.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 2nd at 1:00 PM at  Tempting Congregational Church in Sanford, NC. Burial will be at the church cemetery.

He leaves behind to cherish his loving memories: his wife, Mae, children, Gerald Lawson, Edward Lawson Jr. (Crystal), and Jennifer Moore (Ronald), sister, Lula Gultry, eight grandchildren, five great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
