20 years in air force , retired in idaho 1985 . worked at hewlett-packard 18years in video production , presently videographer for idaho stampede nba dleague team affiliated with utah jazz ,17 years , nba development league champs in 2008 . that is a championship ring i am displaying on my profile picture . presently residing in boise idaho but still read birmingham newspaper everyday .

played in band but wanted to play football but my grandma ,ethel culpepper would not let me play . did not know i was a good athlete until i started playing intramural in the military . some great athletes grew up on that hill but very few had opportunities because of segregation .
