Since Wenonah have lived in New York, Atlanta, Montgomery Alabama and is presently residing back in birmingham.

Since leaving Wenonah I have done many things, some productive, and some non-productive. Probably took a little longer than the average person to discover the value of life and relationships. But my mothers philosophy was " its an ill wind that never changes" . But when I look at the number of fallen comrades all around me as well as the deceased members of my class, I thank God for the opportunity to change. Being a part of this grand alumni association helps me to understand the value of historical ties, but it also brings on regrets for not capitalizing on and taking full advantage of the wisdom placed before me by the instructors we were blessed to be under at Wenonah. I pause today to pay tribute to all of the instructors that poured so much into our lives ,things that we took for granted back then, I realize now those were the things that can not be bought with gold.
