Felix Witt Jr. was born in Livingston, Alabama on September 18, 1899 to the union of Felix Witt Sr.  and Rebecca Ann Jones.  was married to Rebecca Witt. Felix was employed at a saw mill in the state of Mississippi and his employer was the Mann Lumber Company. Felix passed in Mississippi on October 10, 1902. Felix listed his next of kin as R A Mann.
