WITT FAMILY REUNION
We meet briefly in life and we learn to create, to endure, to overcome, to transform, to love, to forgive, and thank God, we were brought up in an environment where survival was never an option. What we once enjoyed, we can never lose, and all that we love deeply, becomes a part of us. We learned to endure life in our preparation to face happiness as we endure death. Truly great friends are hard to find, difficult to leave, and impossible to forget.
The only cure for grief is to greive, it is a spiritual necessity, the price you pay for love. We should not morn forever those who died, we should thank God that they lived, and we are still living. The real tragedy of our life is what we allow to die inside of us while we are still alive without sharing it with others. A person's wealth is the good that he or she does in the world. When we die, it is like a library burning to the ground, all of it's contents, knowledge unshared, tempered communications, unsepparable fellowships, temporarily deminish but eventually make us stronger. There is much that we can still do while we are still alive.
We do not have as much time in the future as we have had in the past. If we are still able to read and understand this message, it is a good sign that you are still above the dirt. God is good and let us continue to be mindful, thoughtful, humble, but strong, and act with grace as we continue to count our blessings.
