Around 1949 or 1950, a man traveled through Bloomington/Normal taking pictures of kids on his pony. I have collected several of these and I would love to add to my collection.

Milan: We never hung out tegether in high  school  but through your caretaking  the class of 62 web site, I feel that I missed connecting with a great human being all those years ago. We all fell into some cliques in high school and unfortunately we all didn't get to connect with all the class.

I presently live on Sarasota Bay in Florida and if for any reason you would like to come and visit  and get out of the cold, I would be more than honored to have you as my house guest. I have 5 old convertibles parked in my garage take your pick and just enjoy Florida . . Please feel welcome to fly down.  I live 8 minutes from  the Sarasota Airport or one hour from the Tampa  airport.  I can meet all planes in Sarasota.  Love to see you again Milan.  Jim Wilson

I got word today that Harry Harsha's name was in the funerals pending. Harry was one of our regulars at class breakfasts and he always came with a smile. Harry will surely be missed by those who have gotten to know him. I feel lucky that my involvement with this class made Harry a friend. God bless his family at this time. I will post the obituary when it gets published. Bye Harry !!!!!!!!!!!!

I am saddened of the news of Harry Harsha's passing.   I looked forward to having breakfast with Harry on the months we could each be able to make it to the Class monthly breakfast.

Harry had incured  many physical challenges over the last years.   Often we would share our experience of the Medical Spa visits and our struggles with issues we both experienced.   Harry will truly be missed, but I am most saddended that I failed to reach out to him after he missed the last breakfast where I found out he was having even more health problems.

Once again, a challenge to never delay telling someone you care for that you care for them.

Harry was one of us Irving School Junior High Students, in fact probalby the last class of Junior High School for Irving.      The past two years we have seen Steve Brienen, Jay Hilton, Dick Hopper Lois Hill and now Harry leave.

I went  all the way through school with Harry, from kindergarden until we graduated.  He was always a quiet person in school, so quiet I always thought he was an only child only to find out he had brothers and sisters.   He had a dry sense of humor and at first I wasn't quite sure how to take him but later figured out that was just Harry.  I don't think he had a mean bone in his body and he was a truly nice person.  The last few breakfasts he acted like he wasn't up to par but I never once heard him complain.  I will truly miss him, rest well my friend.
