Phillip Kevin Kinsella

Phillip K. Kinsella, 43, of Merna, died at 8:15am yesterday (October 29, 1990) at St. Joseph Medical Center, Bloomington.  The McLean County Coroner’s office said death was due to natural causes.

His funeral will be at 10:30am Wednesday at Carmody-Flynn Funeral Home, Bloomington and at 11:00am at St. Patrick of Merna Church, the Rev. R. Michael Schaab officiating.  Burial will be at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Bloomington.

Visitation will be from 4:30 to 8:00pm today at the funeral home with a prayer service at 7:30 tonight.

Mr. Kinsella was born June 29, 1947 in Lincoln, a son of James A. and Phyllis L. Young Kinsella.

Surviving are his mother, one brother, James Michael, both of RR9, Normal.  He was preceded in death by his father.

Mr. Kinsella was a graduate of Trinity High School, Bloomington and DePaul Hospital School of Nursing, St. Louis.  He was a registered nurse working for Drs. John Wright and Judy Wright in Bloomington.

Mr. Kinsella was a member of St. Patrick of Merna Church and Knights of Columbus Council No. 574 in Bloomington.  Memorials may be made to his church.
