The funeral of Richard Charles Watson, 34, who was found dead on the top floor of the Municipal Parking Garage Friday morning, will be at 11:00am Monday at St. Mary's Catholic Church.  Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cenetery.

Visitation will be from 7 to 9 tonight at Stamper Memorial Home.

He was born January 3, 1947 in Chicago, a son of Luther D. and Dolly WIlkerson Watson.  They survive.

Also surviving are five brothers: Larry, Alan, Michael, Mark and Maurice, all of Bloomington; two sisters: Angela, Bloomington, and Anita, Normal; maternal Grandmother, Hattie Johnson, Cincinnati; and maternal Grandfather, Jessie Wilkerson, Chicago.

He was preceded in death by a brother.

He was a Vietnam Veteran and was a plumber with Watson Plumbing and Heating.
