Donna, you're right . Seems like so many are getting the knee surgery . My mom had a super doc in MN

He really knows his stuff; after seeing her going through 2 of them, I'm just praying technology takes another leap forward , so I won't have to deal with the same! Take care!

Thanks Shelly. I serve an amazing God and he keeps me in perfect peace. I feel so good right now-best I've felt in years!

I, too, check in once in awhile to keep up, but I don't post much.  It's good to see things are going well for those of you who have had medical issues and scares.  Stay positive :) and know that many are quietly cheering you on.

Wow.

I haven't been on here for a quite a while. It looks like some still check in. Good to hear.

Nothing new here. Just working a couple fun jobs including being an usher at beautiful Target Field for the past 4 years. I always wanted to collect a paycheck from the Minnesota Twins and unless they're looking for a 54 year old slightly overweight, out of shape  shortstop with a bum shoulder, This is the closest I'll get. Dream job. Seriously. I love it

Scott Pearson. Yes I still have my scooter but it's just a baby 50cc. Top speed 35 mph. One of you would have to tow me to go any faster.

Nice to hear updates and hope to see some of you at Fireman's tournament.

I check in everytime some one posts something new.  I live in France so can't be at every reunion, but do go to the firemen's tournament when I'm in the cities.

I am friends with quite a few people from our class on Facebook. But for those of you who are not, I became a Grandma of Twin Girls. They were micro preemies at 1 1/2 lbs each, They now weigh 13 lbs each and are beautiful and healthy! Their names are Tallulah May, and Lilly June. There is also another one on the way!

Karen ... it has been such an adventure watching those two bloom like they have.

But also, it has been just as beautiful watching YOU come back and be such a great  leader in life!

You are an inspiration to all!!

thank you for all you do !

Hey Michael ..

it says Rennes France on his page ....

Rennes is in the "Bretagne" region in western France - about a 2 hour drive southwest of the Normandy Beaches.  Paris is a 2 hour ride away on the high speed train.  Rennes has about 50,000 students in addition to the 220,000 inhabitants.  It's a good place to live.

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to post this prayer request for one of our classmates ( I hope Im not overstepping by mentioning this) but I just heard that Teresa Wessels ( formerly Teresa Langston) has been moved from the Buffalo Hospital to Abbott, downtown MSP.  She has a very serious condition going on, and she really needs our prayers.  I am not sure about visitors, but if you are in the msp area, you could inquire if she is accepting any through her family.

I have had the opportunity to get requainted with Teresa through a family friend, and she is a beautiful. wonderful person that I only wish our paths had crossed more in high school.

Please lets all pray for her, and healing.  It is really a high priority , please. <3

Teresa C. Langston (Wessels)

Thanks everyone for your prayers and well wishes. I am home and so happy to be here and sleep in my own bed in QUIET! There's no place like home. Hopefully, I will recover quickly and be back to normal living soon.

On an even more positive note, I'll just look at it like an extended vacation ;)

Thanks again,

YSIC

Teresa - glad you hear you are on the mend.

Carol - hang in there.  Praying for both of you.

Just got back on Monday from Cedar Rapids, Iowa.  Rode RAGBRAI this past week and am slowly recovering. Very different riding RAGBRAI when one is 55 instead of 40 ;)

Teresa-- Im so glad that you are recovering, I was getting pretty nervous about your situation, and so glad that you were able to get well enough to get out of the hospital and go home.  Now, just take care of yourself at home too, make sure you are fully recovered before going back to your work grind!!
