To All Hester Families:

PRELIMINARY INDICATION OF INTEREST FOR HESTER  FAMILY REUNION:
BEFORE we commit to a firm reservation deposit at Chetolah Resort in Blowing Rock,
North Carolina, we need an early response from you by August 29, 2008 by return

CONDO LODGING EXPENSES:
2 BR (1 queen/2 twins) =  $260 / night + 12.75% tax
3 BR (2 queen/2 twins) =  $365 / night = 12.75% tax
Single, double & suites in Lodge =  $150 - $285/ night + 12.75% tax 
4 BR condos (3 kinp/2 twins) are available

MEALS
Breakfast (3) - no breakfast is provided.  Each family to prepare own breakfast or use Lodge restaurant. 

Lunch (2) - on your own  Many local restaurants

Dinner (3) -  Provided.  Included in Reunion Fee.

REUNION FEE PER ADULT:  $125.00
  -  Tented gathering place including tent tables, chairs & refreshments.
  -  Photos and CDs. 
  -  Three( 3) dinners: 
     Thursday, p.m.. Buffet 
     Friday p.m. - North Carolina. BBQ and Pig Roast
     Saturday p.m. - Sit-down dinner

LODGING & RESERVATIONS:
All lodging reservations and charges are to be made by each family member direct with Chetolah Lodge.  www.Chetola.com  1.800-243- 8652  Reservation deposits are refunded up to 4/30/2009, less 10% or $100, whichever is greater.  Cancellations are accepted until 4/30/2009, after which date full rental is due.  Credit card charge refunds are paid within 30 days.

Any financial surplus will be refunded among adult attendees.
