Alice's Mom and my Mom were high school classmates and good friends. Growing up I remember having a lot of backyard barbecues at both of our houses. I also recall that when we were growing up, we called her Alice May - she dropped the May when she got older I guess, She and my sister Mary Beth played flute together in the band for years. RIP, Alice May!

Very sad news indeed. Heidi & I were friends from kindergarten- I remember her big house on Southern Blvd. from when we were kids, and her Mom was a Room Mother in many of our classes at Market Street. So long old friend.
