20^th Reunion Itinerary

 

Friday, June 15, 2012

5:00 – 8:00 pm Cibolo Nature Center – Gazebo

This is a place for all the families to come and spend some quality time together.  We ask that everyone bring their own dinner and cold drinks.  There is a playground for the kids, nature trails for walking and creek for fishing.  It is a great place to just get acquainted with each other again after 20 years.

This event is OPTIONAL.  No charge.

After gathering time at the Cibolo Nature Center all are invited to gather at the Main Plaza in Boerne at Berges Fest if you would like.

Berges Fest Parade – We encourage and invite all classmates and their families to ride together on a large float that we have entered for the parade.

8:30 am Line up begins.  Location to be announced.  As soon as that becomes available to us we will let you know as well.

10:00 am  Parade begins.

12:00ish  Meet at the Berges Fest Main Plaza to grab a lunch and cold beverage.

2:00 pm Meet at Boerne High School Coach Stan Leech.  Coach Leech has been generous in offering his time to take those who are interested in taking a tour of the newly renovated school we used to attend.  This event is OPTIONAL.

5:30-10:00 pm  BHS Class of 1992 Reunion (the Main Event) - The Kronkosky Place

$65 per person

PLEASE register no later than Monday, June 4.  All registrations after that may incur an additional $5 per person fee.

This will be a casual/dressy event for adults only.

Appetizers and Cocktails will be served to begin our night.

Tex Mex Buffett and Casino night will begin at 7:00 pm.

ACCOMODATIONS:

We have looked into accommodations for those who will be traveling.  Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriot in Boerne has agreed to save a ‘block’ of rooms for us at a discounted rate.

Method of Reservations

Guests must make their reservation by calling the hotel directly at (830) 368-4167. 

To secure the special discounted rate, guests will need to mention at the time of making their reservation that they are with the “Boerne High School Reunion Class of 1992”

To secure the special rate, reservations must be made prior to the cut-off date, Monday, May 14th 2012  After this time, any remaining rooms will be released from the block, and the best available rate will be offered.

Guarantee of Reservations

All guests will need to use a valid credit card to guarantee their accommodations at the time they call the hotel to make their reservations.  Cancellations will be permitted without penalty if canceled within 48 hours of the day of arrival.

Payment

All individuals will be responsible for their own room, tax and incidental charges.  Guests will be asked to present a valid form of payment at check-in.
