You are considered "missing" until you register with the site.  I've sent invitations out to everyone I had email addresses for.  Since my email contact info is 5 years old it's possible that some folks may have new email addresses.  If you're in touch with anyone on the list please consider sending them a note to alert them of the site.  Thanks!  Dave
