Jeff Oster

I attended the U.S. Military Academy at West Point after graduation, was commissioned in 2003, and joined the 3rd Brigade of the 4th Infantry Division stationed at Ft. Carson, Colorado. I deployed twice to Iraq, once in 2006 as a UAV platoon leader, and once in 2008 as a transition team advisor to the Iraqi Army. I just came back from the last deployment, and I will be leaving the Army in the summer of 2009. It was an excellent experience, but I have no plans to leap into anything else just yet.
