Living in DC, working here: www.centerforsocialmedia.org, finishing up grad school at American University for International Conflict Resolution. Did the Peace Corps and Fulbright Fellowship both in the South Caucasus.
Still very much involved with theater, but not so much as a form of entertainment but as a way to engage more deeply in creative peace intiatives.
Coming up on the one year anniversary of the death of my younger brother Jason as well. He died in Afghanistan last year as a soldier.

Ditching Advanced English class with Emily Fife to go buy coffee and cigarettes. The drive thru barista asked for Emily's ID. Emily kinda looked over at me like, "Uhhhh okay...." wyrly smiling. The barista checked it and sold us cigarettes. We were 17. =)
And soooo bad.
We enjoyed those cigarettes.
Something about illegal drugs, makes 'em better.
=)
Both of us aced the class and neither of us smoke anymore by the way. So this does have a happy ending.
