My husband of 49 plus years passed away on April 28, 2014

All of my children graduated from Bothell High School as did some of my grandchildren,
Jed and Eli graduated and Hannah is a student there now.

Two of my boys were in the Army and Michael was deployed and served in the Gulf War. Very proud and blessed...

Our family lived in the Kirkland or Bothell area until after our last child graduated from high school. I then applied for a start up job with mutual of Omaha. My husband and I moved to las Vegas where I was the on site representative at the new casino the MGM . I was the go between the cast members(employees)and the insurance carrier. I had never been in a casino or saw people that were let's say less dressed than I was accustomed to. I was there five years and then as an insurance broker prior to semi retirement. I now have my Mississippi and have retired after working since I was 12 years old in some form or another.

I have so many fond memories of High School; band,friends and classmates as well as the teachers. I remember Miss Dunn and how she smelled like she had just smoked. Mr. Boussard was the best teacher ahead of his time in teaching methods. Of course the new band teacher which I have forgotten his name but he was as I remember mean. And he did not change since my kids' had him as well.
