Kevin Wooten, at the age of 28, bravely left us in a tragic United States Marine Core chopper crash, The entire Bowie High 1979 class and their families salute you, your dedication and your sacrifice. 

In the words of my favorite presidient to the loved ones of a lost soldier.  "I pray that our heavenly Father may assuage the anguish of your bereavement, and leave you only the cherished memory of the loved and lost, and the solemn pride that must be yours to have laid so costly a sacrifice upon the altar of freedom. Yours very sincerely and respectfully, Abraham Lincoln."
