Event Details

August 3rd: 

6:00 - 10:00 p.m. - Meet & Greet Mixer at the Heagney Family home.  (See Map)  (Cost per attending adult - $20.00)

The Class of 1977 Reunion will begin with the Meet & Greet Mixer at the Heagney Home. Ray and Mary Ann Heagney invite you to join them at their residence for the first evening of the reunion.  There will be a selection of heavy hors d'oeuvres.  Refreshments of water, soda, wine and beer will be available from the open bar.  Ron McMichael would like you to send in any digital photos of past reunions to be displayed during the evening.  Please send them to him at rnbmoontan@msn.com.

Directions:  Travel approximately 1 mile east on Kagy Blvd from the intersection with Highland Blvd to Meadow Lane, just past the intersection of Bozeman Trail and Kagy Blvd. (reference Google map when registering).  Watch for directional signs, turning Left (only) onto Meadow Lane, then north to parking area behind home. 

 

August 4th:  (Two activities are scheduled for the day.) 

8:00 a.m. - "Classmate Memorial Golf Scramble." (Now Closed to Registration) The course will be determined later.

NOTE:  Reservations for the Golf Scramble will not be taken after June 30, 2017.

The Scramble is usually played with 4-person teams. At a 4-person scramble, handicaps are usually not applied.

In a scramble, each player tees off on each hole. The best of the tee shots is selected and all players play their second shots from that spot. The better of the second shots is determined, and then all play their third shots from that spot, and so on until the ball is holed.)

If you're interested, form a team and sign up!  Cost is $60.00 per person.  This includes carts and $6.00 in prize (taken out of each entry fee). The group can also rent a bar cart or just bring your own.

5:30 p.m. -The Reunion Banquet will be Friday evening at Deer Park Chalet at Bridger Bowl with our Master of Ceremonies, Brett Gary!

Doors will open at 5:30 PM with dinner served at 7 PM.  A silent auction will be held during the banquet.  A Cash Bar will be available.  Music will be provided by Joe's DJ Service. Please contact Shannon VanAusdol Roberts (406-581-4006, aspen604@msn.com) if you would like to donate items to our auction.

NOTE:  Reservations for the Banquet will not be taken after June 30, 2017.

Banquet Dinner Choices: (Cost per attending adult - $60.00)

The evening will conclude with the announcement of silent auction winners at 11 PM.

 

August 5th:  For those wanting some high excitement, sign up for the Sweet Pea Parade float. Peggy Peterson Ryan is in charge of the Float. Please contact her at 406-570-7090 if you would like to help with set-up and/or would like to participate in the parade.
