Andrew P. DeCamp, 40, of Plainfield, Ind., died Tuesday, March 9, 2004.
He was born Jan. 17, 1964, in Brazil and was in the concrete business for 25 years, the self-employed owner of APC Concrete for the past few years.

Survivors include his spouse, Heidi; his mother, Ruth DeCamp, sons A.J., Patrick and Cooper; two sisters, Janet Stefanski and Jennifer DeCamp; and a brother, Mark DeCamp.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Stevens Mortuary, Indianapolis. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Friday in the funeral home.
