Info from my mom on location: 

The renesssmce next to Harris bank is small for me and it is 350. I think.  Harmony community is 350. Plus 350 deposit.  Lake house has a basement which opens up to an outside dance floor and a large creek. Not sure how much they charge I think it's 250.00

The 450.00 is traditions.  They furnish tablecloths and center piece. You have to contact Rick Bell at Pappys to rent.  Oak ridge also has a room but I was less than impressed with the food and the service.
