I'm going on a decade in the land down under and it's been a wonderful journey. I don't see myself moving back to the US for the foreseeable future. However, I do manage to visit my family who still reside in Bremerton every year or two.

For the past 3 years, I have been living in Australia. First in Sydney for 2 years and now on the Gold Coast, Qld for over the past year. As this is where my mum in-law and brother in-law and his family reside, we have also chosen to settle here. The beach and numerous recreational activities are at our doorstep and the weather more than pleasant most of the year. I have a loving husband and we are trying for a family of our own. Life is wonderful. :)

I just tried to make the most of my high school years. I knew a lot of people, but had only a few close friends. Volunteering was my outlet and I had an activity for every day of the week. I think I enjoyed that the most.
